“Pagan Thunder”

Lucky Orphans would like to introduce you to Pagan Thunder aka Thunder!

Born in 2003 and registered as Pagan Thunder, this magnificent Thoroughbred gelding faced challenges from the start. As his mother's first foal, Thunder was born with a clubbed foot, a condition that unfortunately precluded him from a racing career.

When he went to auction as a yearling, his unique circumstances made it difficult to find a buyer. Recognizing his potential and determined to prevent him from facing an uncertain future, Thunder was graciously donated to LOHR.

Here at the farm, Thunder has blossomed. He is a gentle giant who enjoys interacting with people of all ages, showcasing his kind and affectionate nature. We are currently training Thunder to become a valuable member of our equine therapy program, where he will have the opportunity to bring comfort and healing to those in need.

Thunder's story is a testament to the power of compassion and the positive impact that can be achieved when given the chance to thrive.
