Lucky Orphans would like to introduce you to Pokey!

Born in 2003, this adorable Arabian Welsh Pony cross gelding, true to his name, is known for his leisurely pace and tendency to "poke along." While his laid-back personality may not have suited him for a fast-paced jumping program, it's perfect for his current role at LOHR.

Pokey arrived at the farm in 2010 alongside his companion, Rogue. Here, he enjoys a relaxed lifestyle, spending his days exploring the pastures and interacting with visitors. Today, Pokey brings joy to young children with his gentle demeanor and unique personality.
